Returns & Exchanges
At Strappy Africa, we take pride in our craftsmanship. Every piece is inspected for quality before it leaves our hands. If your piece isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect fit.
Our Policy
Items in their original, unused condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Please note that for hygiene and artisanal reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use.
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please contact our team via the contact page or WhatsApp. Once we receive and verify the condition of your original piece, we will process your exchange. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Custom Pieces
Due to their bespoke nature, commissioned and customized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We work closely with you during the design phase to ensure the final piece meets your exact specifications.
