1. Artisanal Nature
Each Strappy Africa piece is handcrafted. Minor variations in texture, color, and finish are characteristic of the artisanal process and are not considered defects. We celebrate these unique markers of human craftsmanship.
2. Orders & Commissions
By placing an order, you agree to provide current and accurate information. Commissioned (Custom) pieces require a 50% initial deposit and are final sale due to their bespoke nature. Production timelines for commissions vary based on design complexity.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, photography, and brand assets on this site are the exclusive property of Strappy Africa. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our aesthetic or technical designs is strictly prohibited.
4. Liability
Strappy Africa is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price of the item. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
